Welke dranken bij keto?
Om in ketose te komen en blijven, beperk je het aantal koolhydraten tot minder dan 20 gram per dag. Je wilt dus zorgen dat je drinken geen suiker bevat. Veel drinken valt dan direct af omdat het suiker of andere zoetstoffen bevat. Water is een goede optie , kraanwater is prima, maar je kan ook mineraalwater drinken.
Welke alcohol mag je met keto dieet?
Sterke dranken Strikt kijkend naar koolhydraatarm, dan maak je de beste keuze met (heldere) sterke dranken. Deze zijn doorgaans wel een stuk hoger in alcohol en bevatten vaak zo’n 20%. Een glas whiskey, wodka, cogac, tequila of rum bevat bijvoorbeeld helemaal geen koolhydraten!
Is tonic water keto friendly?
Traditional tonic water is high in sugar, so it is not keto friendly. However, there are multiple options available on the market now in addition to a traditional tonic. You can buy diet tonic water, and it is sugar-free, has zero carbs and is keto friendly.
Is Ginonic keto friendly?
‘Tis the season to be drinking (if you’re that way inclined) and Gin & Tonic is one of Britain’s favourite tipples. Gin is fine from a keto point of view (as long as you don’t go for one with lots of added sugar), but finding the right low-carb tonic water can be a minefield!
Is carbonated water OK on keto diet?

How many carbs in tonic water?
An 8 ounce serving of traditional tonic water is going to hit you with a whopping 24 grams of carbs. For reaching and maintaining ketosis, I suggest you keep your daily carb intake under 25 net grams. (Total carbs minus fiber equals net carbs.)
