Het spel ging redelijk gelijk op (ik betaalde Niek, Niek betaalde mij, we bouwden beide wat huizen). We hielden alleen beide te weinig geld achter de hand. Dit werd Niek fataal omdat hij de kanskaart “u wordt aangeslagen voor straatgeld; f 4.000 per huis; f 11.500 per hotel” trok.
