Wat doet het medicijn salmeterol?
Salmeterol voorkomt aanvallen van benauwdheid. Het werkt binnen twintig minuten. De werking houdt ongeveer twaalf uur aan. De meeste luchtwegverwijders werken ongeveer vier uur en zijn bedoeld om een benauwdheidsaanval te stoppen.
