Wat doet de RTE?
De RTE faciliteert de teams in de Release Train en zorgt ervoor dat ze hun werkzaamheden op elkaar afstemmen. Hoe complexer het project, hoe meer de RTE op zijn bord krijgt. Daarbij moet je denken aan onderlinge afhankelijkheden in de planning, integratie-issues en ketentesten.
