Wat is een beschikbaarheidsvergoeding?
De opdrachtgever betaalt (met een beschikbaarheidsvergoeding) de opdrachtnemer tijdens de looptijd van het project op basis van de beschikbaarheid van het product. Dus niet op basis van het opgeleverde product zelf. Hiermee neemt de opdrachtgever voor langere tijd een dienst af bij de opdrachtnemer en niet een product.
