Hoe werkt een blower?
Blower is een aan het Engels ontleende benaming voor de mechanische luchtcompressor, de voorloper van de turbolader. In Engelstalige landen spreekt men dan echter van een supercharger. Een blower werkt bij lage, een turbolader pas bij hogere toerentallen.
Wat is blower auto?
De kachelventilator (blower) zorgt voor verdeling van de warme of koude luchtstroom (al naar gelang de temperatuur instelling) in de auto. Warme lucht wordt door de kachelradiateur geblazen en koude lucht door de verdamper.
Hoe ventilator neerzetten?
Zorg ervoor dat de lucht richting de gang of overloop geblazen wordt. Zo blaast de ventilator de warme lucht uw slaapkamer uit en is er ruimte voor nieuwe, koelere lucht. Heeft u een groot openstaand raam of een balkondeur die u ’s nachts openlaat? Plaats dan de ventilator in de opening en juist naar binnen gericht.
