Wie mag in BRP kijken?
Wie mogen mijn gegevens in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) inzien? Naast een aantal soorten organisaties, zoals de Belastingdienst, mag uzelf uw persoonsgegevens in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) inzien. Ouders of verzorgers met ouderlijk gezag hebben inzage in gegevens van hun minderjarige kinderen.
Heeft een briefadres gevolgen voor Belastingdienst?
Geen financiële gevolgen Als hoofdbewoner bent u niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schulden. Er zijn ook geen gevolgen voor uw bijstandsuitkering, gemeentelijke belastingen, huur- of zorgtoeslag. Een persoon met een briefadres staat wel ingeschreven op uw adres, maar niet als bewoner.
Wat is het BRP hoofd?

Hoe werkt de BRP?
Persoonsgegevens in de BRP Gemeenten houden persoonsgegevens van burgers (ingezetenen) bij in de BRP. Wanneer iemand trouwt, een kind krijgt of verhuist, legt de gemeente dit vast. Als iemand gaat verhuizen naar een andere gemeente, verhuizen de persoonsgegevens met diegene mee.
