Cleaning in Place (kortweg CIP) is een gebruikte techniek uit de procestechniek, waarbij een productiedeel (object) automatisch gereinigd wordt zonder dat het object of delen daarvan gedemonteerd, verplaatst of uit elkaar gehaald dient te worden.
