Wat heeft een shih tzu nodig?
Alles is beter dan alleen thuis blijven. Dit ras heeft graag wat bedrijvigheid om zich heen. Zowel in de stad als daarbuiten doet de Shih Tzu het goed. Hij houdt wel van wat beweging, maar dagelijks urenlange wandelingen maken is voor hem geen eerste levensbehoefte.
Wat voor vacht heeft een Shih Tzu?
De Shih Tzu is een hond met een dubbele vacht, wat op veel mensen overkomt als een uitermate luxueuze vacht. Een dubbele vacht wil zeggen dat de hond een zachte ondervacht en een wat hardere/dikkere bovenvacht heeft.
