Wat is een UTM?
UTM tagging (Urchin Tracking Module) is een vorm van URL tagging voor Google Analytics waarbij UTM tags aan een link toegevoegd kunnen worden met als doel het inzichtelijk maken van de resultaten van marketingcampagnes. UTM Tagging is in het leven geroepen door Urchin, de maker van Urchin Analytics.
Hoe gebruik je UTM codes?
Een UTM-code is een simpele toevoeging aan de URL waar je bezoekers naar wilt verwijzen en bestaat uit vijf verschillende parameters. Deze maken Google Analytics duidelijk van welke bron, medium, campagne, (zoek)term en/of content het bezoekersverkeer op je pagina afkomstig is.
Hoe ziet een UTM-code eruit?
