Wat doet een WTW-installatie?
Een WTW-unit is een ventilatieapparaat dat vervuilde lucht in huis afvoert en het vervangt voor schone lucht. De WTW-installatie brengt verse lucht van buiten naar binnen. Voor deze lucht de woning ingaat wordt het gefilterd en aangepast naar de gewenste binnentemperatuur.
Hoe installeer je een WTW?
De locatie van een WTW moet aan deze voorwaarden voldoen:
- zo dicht mogelijk bij een buitenmuur geschikt voor aanzuig- en uitlaatopeningen.
- een nabijgelegen elektriciteitsbron om de interne ventilatoren en bedieningselementen van stroom te voorzien.
