Hoe serveer je Lambrusco?
Rode mousserende wijnen (zoals bv. Bourgogne Mousseux of Lambrusco) serveer je best tussen 7 en 10°C. Ook hier is de temperatuur de bepalende factor voor de smaakervaring (aroma’s, structuur, alcohol,…). Een goed gekoelde fles levert prachtige bubbels op omdat de CO2 zich goed vermengd heeft in de fles.
