Washington D.C. De bestorming van het Capitool in de Amerikaanse hoofdstad Washington door fervente aanhangers van de toenmalige Amerikaanse president Donald Trump vond plaats op 6 januari 2021. In de Engelstalige media wordt de gebeurtenis vaak met de afkorting J6 (January 6th) aangeduid.
