Wie al maanden aan het wachten is tot de laatste afleveringen van The Walking Dead seizoen 10 (episode 16 tot en met 22) op Netflix verschijnen, krijgt nu eindelijk goed nieuws te horen. Eerder waren deze afleveringen al op Disney+ te zien, maar vanaf 4 juni 2021 zullen ze ook gewoon bij Netflix te streamen zijn.

Vanaf 4 juni kun je op Netflix dus de finale en de zes extra afleveringen kijken, maar we weten óók al wanneer seizoen 11 van The Walking Dead in première gaat. Op AMC welteverstaan; op 22 augustus. Vermoedelijk komt het nieuwe seizoen in de loop van 2022 naar Netflix.

Waarom staat aflevering 16 van TWD niet op Netflix?
Het hangt volledig af welke licentiedeal Netflix heeft kunnen sluiten met TWD en of hier door het aparte jaar ruimte is voor gunstigere regelingen. Netflix heeft zelf geen officiële verklaring afgegeven over de extra afleveringen van seizoen 10 van The Walking Dead. Hier moeten we dan voorlopig dan ook even op wachten.
