Kunnen shutters open?
De shutterpanelen kunnen helemaal open Omdat shutters met scharnieren aan elkaar zitten, kun je ze opendoen zoals een luik. Heb je hele brede ramen? Dan zijn er vaak meerdere scharnieren waardoor je de shutters open kunt doen als een soort vouwdeuren.
Wat is LiteRise?
LiteRise® bij je Thuisin raamdecoratie, wat is het? De naam zegt het al, een ‘LiteRise’, dit betekent dat je je raamdecoratie ‘licht kan rijzen’. Oftewel, het optrekken en naar beneden halen is echt super eenvoudig. LiteRise® kan gebruikt worden voor plissés, jaloezieën, rolgordijnen en duettes van Luxaflex.
How do plantation shutters work?
Plantation shutter panels are held in place by magnets, which are installed into your shutter frame when the shutters are put in. Since each shutter panel is hinged into the shutter frame, each can swing open completely by just pulling on the panel, which allows it to swing open.

Which way do the shutters close?
Our shutters are designed as most shutters on the market, with the slats (also called louvers) closing fully flat in the upwards direction. While you can rotate the slats to point downward, the fully flat closure will occur by pushing the slats closed in the upwards direction. This design provides you the optimum light blockage and privacy.
