Kan niet online PS4?
Waarschijnlijk dien je de firmware bij te werken van de modem / router van de internetaanbieder. Controleer de instellingen bij de PS4 betreft beide accounts. Raadpleeg de (online) documentatie hoe de instellingen kan vinden en hoe je die kan wijzigen. Vervang beschadigde kabels meteen!
Kan geen ip adres verkrijgen binnen de tijdslimiet?
Indien het modem en/of router gewoon naar wens functioneert, probeer dan het volgende op de console. Sluit eerst de console bekabelt aan en update deze naar de meest recente software versie. Mocht het hierna nog niet werken start de PS4 dan op in safe-mode; Zet de console uit door middel van de front panel power button.
