Het doel van trainen in diverse hartslagzones
- De duurtrainingen in je D1- en D2-zones heb je nodig om uithoudingsvermogen op te bouwen.
- Bij een D3-training jaag je jouw hart slag naar het omslagpunt toe.
- Bij een training in je D4-hartslagzone trap je tijdens intensieve intervallen naar je maximale hartslag toe.
Wat is de ideale hartslag bij fietsen?
Rijd 30 minuten op 70% van je maximale hartslag. Mocht je deze niet weten, bereken dit dan als volgt: 220 (man) – je leeftijd of 224 (vrouw) – je leeftijd. Verhoog je hartslag daarna tot 82% van je maximale hartslag. Houdt dit 5 minuten vol en verhoog je hartslag elke 5 minuten met 5 slagen.
Is Zone 2 base running better than Zone 3?
