Wat staat er in een VSM?
Een Value Stream Map is een datarijke procesmap. De productstroom, de procesflow, wordt zichtbaar gemaakt en aangevuld met data en andere relevante informatie. De VSM geeft een overzicht hoe een product door het proces naar de klant stroomt, het geeft inzicht in de verspillingen en in overbodige processtappen.
Een gedeelde infrastructuuromgeving met resources die worden gedeeld door workloads in andere omgevingen. Bijvoorbeeld een virtueel netwerk met een gatewaysubnet dat connectiviteit met on-premises biedt. Een productieomgeving met het meest beperkende beveiligingsbeleid.
Hoe bereken je procestijd?
De procestijd is de tijd die een product op een werkstation doorbrengt (Panneman, 2017). De Procestijd kan gemeten worden door een rode stip op het product te plakken wanneer het product aangeleverd wordt, en te wachten tot het product met de rode stip er aan de andere kant weer uit komt.
