Wat kost verhuren via Booking Com?
Bij Booking.com werkt het iets eenvoudiger en betaal je slechts als verhuurder servicekosten. Dit is in Nederland 12% voor verhuurders. Wanneer je jouw huis, appartement of hotelkamer zal aanbieden voor €100 per nacht, betaal je €12 aan Booking.com. Je zal hier dus €88 overhouden.
Is Home To Go veilig?
Oplichterij. Ik adviseer jullie om nooit te boeken bij home to go! Vakantiehuis geboekt, dag voor de aankomst contact gezocht met de verhuurder en blijkt dat zij nooit een boeking hebben ontvangen en zelfs niet met deze site samenwerken!
