De fabriek in Flins, ten westen van Parijs, opende in 1952 zijn deuren en is de langst producerende autofabriek van de Renault Group. De fabriek – met een oppervlakte van 237 hectare – is tegenwoordig de geboorteplaats van de Renaults Clio en Zoe en nu dus ook van de nieuwe Nissan Micra.
