Is neusspray giftig?
Neusdruppels en neussprays op basis van de ontzwellende middelen fenylefrine, nafazoline en tramazoline kunnen reeds bij kleine hoeveelheden (bijvoorbeeld 2,5 tot 5 ml van een 0.05 % oplossing nafazoline – 0.5 mg/ml) nevenwerkingen en zelfs overdoseringen geven bij kleine kinderen.
