Is GLS snel?
GLS bezorgt de pakketten op werkdagen van maandag tot en met vrijdag en in Nederland binnen 24 uur (afhankelijk van de verzender ook op zaterdag). Deze bezorgtijden staan echter niet vast en zijn niet gegarandeerd.
Waar levert GLS als je niet thuis bent?
Indien u niet thuis bent, kan de chauffeur uw pakket bij een buur trachten te leveren. Uw buur zal uiteraard voor de ontvangst moeten tekenen. De GLS chauffeur zal bij u een bericht van aanbieding met de nodige informatie achterlaten.
Hoe werkt track and trace GLS?
Volg uw zendingen op de voet U hoeft alleen één of meer trackingnummers in te voeren. U kan uw zendingen ook in real time volgen. Om de status van een zending op te roepen, kan u gebruik maken van het verzendingsnummer of de Track ID-code die u op elk afwezigheidsbericht vindt.
Hoe ziet een GLS tracking nummer eruit?
GLS-volgnummers kunnen bestaan uit 11 of 12 of 14 cijfers, bijv. 12323323621, 366712044848, 47150051801147. Het kunnen ook een aantal willekeurige tekens AZ, 0-9 zijn.

When you book a GLS shipping service you will get a GLS tracking number, allowing you to know your parcel’s location and shipping status. The GLS tracking number will be activated the first time the parcel is scanned by the courier driver and it’s updated every time the parcel reaches a new depot.
How do I book shipping through GLS?
If you decide to book shipping directly through GLS, you will have to introduce the details of your shipment on their webpage and choose whether you want it shipped to a home address or a GLS parcel shop. When using the GLS international shipping services the maximum parcel weight is 31.5kg.
