Is elke dag een fles wijn drinken nog oké? Het Voedingscentrum en de Gezondheidsraad adviseren om helemaal geen alcohol te drinken. Alcohol is namelijk slecht voor je gezondheid. Als je toch wilt drinken, adviseren zij om het bij één glas per dag te houden en zeker niet elke dag een fles wijn te drinken.
