Wat is PSOC?
Bij het polycysteus-ovariumsyndroom (PCOS) heeft u geen eisprong of minder vaak. U wordt niet elke maand ongesteld, soms maanden niet. Uw eierstokken maken te veel mannelijke hormonen. U kunt meer last van puistjes hebben en veel haar op uw lichaam.
Hoe voelt PCOS?
Diagnose PCOS Onregelmatige of geen menstruaties (minder dan 8 menstruaties per jaar) Polycysteuze eierstokken: met de echo worden meer dan 12 blaasjes per eierstok gezien. Verhoogd mannelijk hormoon en/of de symptomen die daarbij kunnen horen, zoals acné en overbeharing volgens een mannelijk patroon.
Is PCOS tijdelijk?
Met andere woorden, je moet de verschillende soorten PCOS kennen. Je kunt PCOS als gevolg van insulineresistentie hebben, post-pill PCOS (wat tijdelijk is), PCOS als gevolg van ontstekingen, of de veel minder bekende variant PCOS als gevolg van stress.

Instead, there is a long list of symptoms and test results that generate a PCOS profile. PCOS is a multi-organ disease, not just gynecological, which adds to the difficulty.
