Wat is een PPG signaal?

Als u de trainer direct wilt aansluiten op uw windows computer moet u een ANT+ dongle (€35 via FuturumShop) aanschaffen. De trainer communiceert dan draadloos met deze USB stick. Naast de trainer zijn er ook hartslag, snelheid en cadans sensoren verkrijgbaar die via ANT+ communiceren.
