Hoe oud is Vaiana?
Vaiana is een avontuurlijke tiener met een grote missie: ze moet haar volk redden. Tijdens haar reis ontmoet ze halfgod Maui die haar, na veel vijven en zessen, wil helpen. Het is dan ook zijn fout dat Vaiana’s volk in moeilijkheden zit.
Waar speelt de film Vaiana zich af?
De film speelt zich af in Polynesië, een eilandengroep in de buurt van Australië, en gaat over Moana Waialiki, de eerste vrouwelijke navigator op zee en wordt vergezeld door o.a. Maui, een halfgod met mythologische krachten.
Waar woont Moana?
TUI & SINA Temuera Morrison is Moana’s vader, Chief Tui. Hij is de sterke en gerespecteerde leider van de mensen van Motunui Island. Chief Tui wil dat Moana in zijn voetsporen als stamhoofd treedt, maar vreest dat ze teveel naar de oceaan trekt.
