Hoelang cel voor drugs?
Zo staan, afhankelijk van het precieze delict, op het drugsbezit of de drugshandel in drugs uit lijst I een maximumstraf van zes maanden tot twaalf jaar gevangenisstraf. De lagere maximumstraffen gelden voor delicten die minder zwaar zijn of die zonder opzet zijn gepleegd.
Hoeveel jaar straf voor drugs?
De algemene regel is dat men voor drugzaken een gevangenisstraf tussen drie maanden en vijf jaar en een geldboete tussen 1.000 en 100.000 euro kan krijgen (vermenigvuldigd met acht, in werkelijkheid dus van 8.000 tot 800.000 euro).
