Wat zit erin baklava?
Baklava is een zoet gerecht dat bestaat uit laagjes filodeeg met daartussen een notenvulling. Na het bakken wordt dit overgoten met een suikersiroop. Het resultaat is heerlijk plakkerige baklava, die je vaak tegenkomt als dessert in Griekse en Turkse restaurants.
